01How to reach us
By email, to the address shown below. There is no contact form: a form would post to a third party, and the product’s content policy does not allow one without a decision that has not been taken.
Include the email address you sign in with. It is the only way an account can be found, because it is the only thing we hold that identifies one.
02How long it takes
Most messages get a reply within two working days. A request about your own data is answered within thirty days, and usually much sooner.
If a reply is going to take longer than that, you get a message saying so rather than silence.
03What we cannot answer
We cannot tell you what to trade, when to trade, how large to trade, or which firm to sign up with. Not by email, and not anywhere else.
We can tell you what a published rule says, what your own records show, and how anything here was worked out.
