What we keep, why we keep it, and how you get it back.

Privacy notice

01What we keep

Your email address, so you can sign in. The trading records you upload. What the product works out from those records. The answers you gave when you signed up.

We do not ask for your name, your address, your date of birth beyond confirming you are an adult, or any payment details.

02Why we keep it

Your email address is how you get back in. Your records are what your analysis is made of. Your signup answers are how we can tell, honestly and in public, whether people who use this do better than people who do not.

That last one matters more than it sounds. A claim about whether the product helps is only worth making if the people who stopped using it are counted too.

03Who can see it

You can. Your own records are visible to you and, by default, to nobody else. A profile is private until you make it public.

Anything published across many people is published only where the group is large enough that no single person can be picked out of it, and never below that threshold. Where the group is too small, no number is published at all — not a rounded one, and not a wider group assembled to reach the threshold.

04Taking it with you

Everything you have put in, and everything worked out from it, exports in one action. There is no charge, no form and no waiting period.

Deleting your account removes your records. Numbers already counted into a published group total cannot be pulled back out of it. They no longer exist separately, which is what makes the group safe to publish.

05Email we send

Sign-in codes, and messages about your own account. Nothing in a sign-in email is tracked — no open pixel, no rewritten link.

Anything else is separate and you choose whether to get it. Turning it off never affects a sign-in code.

06Asking about your data

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it in a portable form, or ask for it to be removed. The contact page has the address and the expected response time.
