Terms of service
01The service
PITGRADE grades simulated trading decisions against published rule sets. It is an education and analysis tool.
It is not a broker. It does not hold money, place orders, or connect to a live account. It is not a financial adviser and it is not affiliated with any proprietary trading firm.
What it reports is what happened in the records you give it, and what the published rules say about those records.
02Your account
You sign in with an email address and a one-time code. There is no password to lose.
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. One person, one account.
You may close your account at any time. Closing it removes your records from the product, and what is kept afterwards is described in the privacy notice.
03Simulation only
Every session graded here is simulated. Simulated and historical results do not represent actual trading.
Nothing on this product is a claim about earnings, about profitability, or about how likely you are to pass an evaluation.
Where a rule set belonging to a firm is described, it is described from that firm’s own published pages, with the date those pages were read shown beside it. Rules change, and a figure here is only as current as its date.
04What you upload stays yours
Records you upload remain yours. You can export everything you have put in, and everything the product has worked out from it, at any time and without asking.
We use your records to produce your own analysis. Where anything is published in aggregate, it is published only in groups large enough that no individual can be identified, and never with your records attached.
05Paid features
Some parts of the product are free and always will be. Others are paid.
No paid feature is currently on sale, and no charge can be made. When that changes, the amounts, the billing period and the cancellation route will be set out in this section before anything is offered.
No paid feature changes how you are graded, how you are ranked, or what your record says. Paying changes what you can reach, never what is true about you.
06What is not allowed
Do not upload records that are not yours. Do not attempt to reach another person’s data. Do not automate access in a way that degrades the service for others.
We may suspend an account that does any of these. Where we do, we will say which of them applies.
07Ending it
You can stop using the product at any time, and you can lock yourself out of it deliberately — see self-exclusion.
A self-exclusion you set cannot be lifted early by us or by you. That is what makes it a safeguard rather than a setting.
