How we handle numbers
The numbers we publish, and the ones we won’t.
Every figure here carries the size of the group it came from, and the date it was measured. When a group is too small, we show nothing at all.

Nothing has been measured for this yet. The number appears here the day there is a sample, and not before.
Every published figure below is worked out from this record. It is the denominator, so it is the first thing to check.
Share of closed accounts that ended at the trailing level

Nothing has been measured for this yet. The number appears here the day there is a sample, and not before.
A figure close to this circulates widely and has no traceable primary source, so we publish none. If this site’s own graded record ever clears the thresholds below, the measured figure appears here with its sample size.

A use figure, not an outcome figure. It says nothing about whether anybody passed anything.

Counted from the change log. It is zero until the detector that fills it ships, and the log says so on its own page.
The thresholds
A figure is published only when all three of these are true at once. Under any one of them the card above stays as it is. We do not round to reach a threshold and we do not widen the group to reach one either.
- At least 100 readings in the group.
- At least 20 different people in it, counted exactly.
- No one person accounting for more than 10% of it.
The pledge
- Every number carries the size of the group it came from and the date it was measured.
- Below our thresholds we publish nothing — not a rounded figure, not a wider group picked to reach the threshold.
- Simulated results are labelled simulated, every time.
- We never publish a number that implies you will make money, and we never publish one about what you will do next.
